INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Chicken, Green Beans, Chicken Broth and Quinoa.

Why chicken is good for you?  It has a good supply of protein, essential vitamins, and minerals. It also aids in weight loss, regulating cholesterol and blood pressure, and reducing the risk of cancer.

Why Green Beans? It has a reduced risk of heart disease and colon cancer, as well as an improved regulation of diabetes.

INGREDIENTS:

Poached Egg, Green Onions, Chicken Broth and Quinoa.

Why Egg? A million reasons. However some important ones are:
  • You absorb nutrients more with an egg
  • Full for longer periods of time
  • Mood lifter! (Especially when Charlie is being grumpy!)
  • Lower blood pressure

Why Green Onion? Reduce inflammation, anti inflammatory and antihistamine!! (Anti grumpy Charlie food :] )

INGREDIENTS:

Banana, Blueberries, Soy Milk and Quinoa.

Why Bananas? Bananas are really good for eyes. When we have Grave's, we tend to get issues with our eyes. Any support of that is really great. Also, it helps with digestion, and they DO say many body functions work at their best when the stomach is in check ;D

Why Blueberries? Blueberries are great for the eyes! Plus they have TONS of antioxidants.

Why Soy Milk? I replaced the water with plain soy milk with this dish. Soy milk is good for the heart and does act like an antioxidant!

INGREDIENTS:

Green Onions, Kimchi, Chicken Broth and Quinoa.

Why Kimchi?  The cabbage is known as a detox food. Plus, Kimchi is known for having healing effects for many diseases!

*Remember to only put a small dash of chicken broth. When cooking the quinoa, cook it with water. The chicken broth is for adding the extra flavor.
