Vegan Cheesy Stuffed Squash!



Today (January 6th, 2019) we decided to make a Vegan Cheesy Stuffed Squash recipe! It had very vague recipe instructions. There wasn't a lot of instructions, and you had to really work on instinct. We ended up getting smaller squashes. Because of this, we had too much filling! We made souffles with the carved pieces of squash that was left over.

There were a few modifications that we had to do. We had to skip on the nutritional yeast, because we forgot to pick it up from Whole foods. We couldn't find it at Fred Meyer, so i added a dash of extra sea salt and some extra Vegan Cheese.




The overall time was accurate. It took about an hour to prepare everything. We ended up cooking the squash in the oven for a little longer.  After about 35 minutes, we were able to eat the delicious meal.


Regardless, Colin said he was in total bliss. We will definitely make it again.
